I don't know why it can be so hard to just start a workout. Why is it so daunting to put on our exercise clothes and get sweaty for at least 30 minutes, when it's about getting healthy and losing weight?
I get the struggle, I have been there - so I created some fitness cards (that I use myself) to help get you motivated for a workout with different exercises. You can also customize with your own text (and even add your name to the back of them!)
How To Use Them?
Use these cards however it motivates you. Some ideas may be:
Flip them one at a time and do each one for 1 minute (. . . or 30 seconds, or 45 seconds . . .)
Choose two cards for the day and alternate them every hour
Workout with a partner and do an exercise with them, seeing who caves first
Buy a jumbo dice at the dollar store and make each roll stand for a certain amount of minutes/reps you want to do
