Standard turnaround times would be 1-3 business days for graphic designs and 1 week for standard websites. Holidays and a busy work queue might change these turnaround times. If you are on a time crunch, please contact me in advance for a more accurate timeline.

My hourly rate is $40/hr (CAD), however, the majority of my custom services are quoted as flat rates, so you know what you're paying before we begin. My hourly rate only applies if you need small edits to existing designs or website updates.

Phase 1: Questionnaire – Fill out a questionnaire to share your goals, style, and must‑haves so we can shape the perfect vision for your design. 50% deposit is due.Phase 2: Design – I create a design mockup for you and email it to you to review.Phase 3: Refinement – Your design is refined through thoughtful revisions, polishing details like typography, layout, colour, and brand alignment until the design feels exactly right.Phase 4: Balance – Balance deposit is due after the final approval.Phase 5: Final Files Delivered – Your final, print‑ready files are prepared and delivered in the formats you need for printing, packaging production, or brand use.
