  • How do I order a design template?
    All of our print design templates are fulfilled by the printing company, Zazzle. On each product page is a "Customize Now" button that will take you to Zazzle to customize our design and order prints. All of our website template orders are fulfilled by Etsy. You will be taken to our product page on Etsy for more information about the website and the option to checkout.
  • How long will it take until I get my design?
    Print designs have different turnarounds. Since the print company, Zazzle, is fulfilling your order, they will provide more information on the product page for turnaround times. Website templates are an immediate download.
  • Do you offer custom services?
    Yes, we offer custom design services. You can fill out our custom form request to provide us with more information about your project. However, we take on a limited number of projects each month—so spots fill up fast! That’s why our premade templates are a perfect (and much quicker!) option if you need something without the wait.
  • What is your hourly rate?
    My hourly rate is $40/hr (CAD), however, the majority of my services are quoted as flat rates, so you know what you're paying before we begin. My hourly rate only applies if you need small edits to existing designs or website updates.
  • Where are you located?
    Alicia works from home in Saskatchewan, Canada, but the beauty of the internet allows her to service businesses and individuals worldwide.
  • Do you have any reviews?
    Visit our Love Notes page to see personal messages we received. Also, you can head over to our review page from 99designs (a designer community, where we create custom designs for businesses) and see more reviews clients have left.
