  • How do I get started?
    Browse through our custom graphic design services and contact me with the services you would like to get started with and any questions you may have.
  • How long will it take until I get my project?
    Most projects take 1 - 3 business days to complete (not including websites). This may be extended due to my work queue being more full than usual. If you are on a time crunch, please inquire before booking so I can give you an idea of the turnaround.
  • How does your design process work?
    Contact me with the services you are interested in and any questions you have. After I receive your order and clarify details, a 50% deposit request is sent to you. A design preview is emailed to you for approval. I email you final files and/or launch website.
  • What is your hourly rate?
    My hourly rate is $40/hr (CAD), but I quote all projects with flat rates because it's easier and budget-friendly for you. My hourly rate only applies if you need small edits to existing designs or website updates.
  • Do you offer any printing services?
    I can oversee the printing for you, if you don't want the hassle or have the time to take care of it (small fee applies). I find most of my clients prefer just to place their own order on an online printing website. If this is you, take a look at one of the leading online printers today at
  • Why are your prices so low/high?
    I cater to small and medium-sized businesses and offer reasonable rates for custom, quality work. Some say I'm too pricey, some say I'm too low . . . this is one battle I know I won't win.
  • Where are you located?
    I work from home in Saskatchewan, Canada, but the beauty of the internet allows me to service businesses and individuals worldwide.
